System Integrator's (SI's) are partners who provide a variety of services, such as implementation and integration, strategic consulting, configuration, application

 

Application

Application partners or Independent Software Vendors are partners that provide their own software applications and products which integrate and extend the PI System to provide additional functionality for customers.

 

Technology

Technology partners provide products and services with demonstrated interoperability with OSIsoft's technologies and demonstrated relevance to OSIsoft's customers.

 

OEM

Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners embed our PI System technologies/functionality into their own applications, equipment, or systems to deliver a purpose built, pre–integrated solution to the customer.

 

Reseller

Reseller Partners, also referred to as Value Added Resellers (VAR's), resell the PI System in markets or regions where they can extend our delivery and coverage models that may not be serviced directly by OSIsoft.

 

Connected Services

Connected Service Partners are providers of value added service offerings where the PI System forms the basis of their offering or is a component of a larger, vertically–oriented service. These partners provide equipment, application, and/or specialized expertise and operate the infrastructure required to deliver such a service to customers.

Strategic Alliances

Partners in this tier have broad market and strategic influence with customers and typically focus on multinational or global markets. These partners are industry-leading firms that provide solutions and/or services with market offerings that are strategically aligned with our engineering roadmap, sales activities, and marketing strategy. These partners work collaboratively and proactively with OSIsoft on sales and marketing activities that are generally multinational in scope.

Elite

Partners in this tier are industry-leading firms that provide solutions and/or services with market offerings that are strategically aligned with our vision and marketing strategy. These partners work collaboratively and proactively with OSIsoft on sales and marketing activities that are either very important in their country or are involved in many countries. These partners have a defined go-to-market strategy and engage with OSIsoft in sales and marketing activities and are also a preferred partners for a specific markets or industry.

Select

Partners in this tier gain importance because they provide a higher degree of customer influence and provide more value to customers. They typically have a market focus that is national or theater based and provide solutions and/or services targeted to markets that align with our vision, goals, and industry focus areas. These partners have a defined go-to-market strategy and engage with OSIsoft in sales and marketing activities. 

Registered

This tier is designed for partners that provide products, solutions, or services and could be focused on local or national markets. This is the foundational tier of our partner ecosystem and gives partners access to cost-effective partner services along with basic resources and benefits. Most importantly, it is the first step to go from a technical relationship to an integrated partnership including marketing and sales collaboration.
